Set Task Source Url
Set (or clear) the tracker permalink a chat was opened for.
Exists as its own route rather than as a field on PATCH /api/tasks/ {task_id} because that route authenticates with get_current_user,
which deliberately rejects cc_ API keys (“Dashboard auth only” —
core/deps.py) and also carries the project-move logic. The Odoo
connector authenticates with exactly such an API key, so it needs a
public-tagged route; widening the PATCH would hand API keys the
project-move path too.
Idempotent: writing the value a task already has is a no-op success, so the Odoo backfill can be re-run freely.
